U18 Mission Statement

Manitoba’s Under 18 team is a comprehensive football program emphasizing the development of lifelong values and skills through hard work, sportsmanship, ethical conduct, and fair play.  The foundation of this program is based upon open communication and mutual respect among coaches, athletes, parents and officials.  This serves as a positive, powerful, productive force for the team, organization, community, and most importantly the student-athlete.

As a coaching staff we believe that this is an US, WE and OUR program, not a ME, I or MY program. Our football program must be dedicated to the pursuit of excellence, and excellence can only be obtained through hard work, sacrifice, and a desire to improve everyday. As a coaching staff we must create a positive environment that creates a positive self-image for each of our players. All members of the program must believe we will succeed. Our team must work together to become better teammates, coaches and people. Make the commitment to the program; it begins today.
