   After seven successful years in the CFL as the Head Trainer and Strength & Conditioning Coach for the Winnipeg Blue Bombers, three years as the CFL’s Evaluation Camp Director and one year with NFL Canada's Test to be the Best, Jeff founded Elite Performance Centers and opened his doors to the elite athletes of Canada.

   Since its inception, Jeff has trained over 10,000 athletes in all sport disciplines, taking each and every one of them to the top of their game. His unmatched enthusiasm brings athletes and other trainers from all over the country, seeking his expertise. He is known in many professional athlete circles as a Guru of physical conditioning and injury rehabilitation.

  During Coach Harper's 5-year tenure with the Manitoba Bison Football team as a player, he was the Captain for 4 years along the defensive line and starter. Matt has attended both the CIS East West Bowl and CFL Combine as well as training camps with the Hamilton Tiger Cats and BC Lions of the CFL. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science and is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS).

  After completing his education he joined Elite as a strength & conditioning specialist, and has since become the Director of Elite's Football Academy as well as a Director of Elite's Football Skills Camps. His hands-on experience coupled with his extensive knowledge of the game has also led Matt to tackle the positions of Head Strength and Conditioning Coach for both the University of Manitoba's Bison Football team and Manitoba's Provincial Football Program.
