The Winnipeg Women's Flag Football League (W2F2L) was
established in 2007 drawing teams within the Winnipeg area. It
is based on the National Flag Football rules and is an
alternative to touch football. This league is suited for all
types of athletes and caters to women ages 18+. The game takes
place on a smaller field which allows for a quick paced game and
success for all players.
Registration takes place in July with the season running from
August-October culminating with a championship game during
Championship Weekend at the Canad Inns Stadium at the end of
October.
