Football Manitoba's tackle or flag programs would not be able to
properly operate without one important component; the coaches.
As a coach you will have many eyes and ears upon you taking in
your every move and word. You will be taking on a responsibility
to not only teach the game of football but you also have the
opportunity to become a mentor or role model to your players.
Keeping this in mind, please play by the rules and encourage
fair play, sportsmanship and fun in all practices, games and
play-offs.
